We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice via phone when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

We kindly request that our clients arrive 10 minutes early for appointments to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, choose from the large range of colours and settle in. As a courtesy to all of our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged in full.

Late cancellation, no call, no show will result in a 100% service charge.
